The mission of TILA is to help its participants maintain a lifestyle empowered and enriched with Torah.   Under the guiding light of its rabbinical advisors, Rabbi Tzvi Berkowitz and Rabbi Shraga Neuberger, Rebbeim at Yeshivas Ner Israel in Baltimore, TILA has been carrying out this mission since its inception in 2015
